Software Modules

The different software modules (executable) are available for download module by module for the users of Usfos with valid license. For description of the different utility tools, please contact support@usfos.com.

The modules are compressed using gzip, and have the extension .gz. Use gunzip, Winzip or similar tools to decompress the files after download. All executable should be copied into the application folder, (which is "C:\Program Files\USFOS\bin" for Usfos if the default installation is used. Similar for Hyber). Rename the existing modules before copying (do not over write if you want backup).

In addition to the executable files (with extension .exe), utility files are available for download. These files should also be copied into the application folder after download/decompress. Typical utility files are DLL's and Config files.

Files are downloaded as follows:

• Select actual file and use right mouse button / "Save target as"
• When the file(s) are downloaded, open the file in, for example Winzip, and extract to the application folder (see above).
• ***WARNING*** for users of Windows Explorer: A bug in the Web Browser will decompress, (unzip), the file during download, but does not fix the filename. You will therefore have to rename the file manually after download, (just remove the .gz postfix, for example usfos.exe.gz -> usfos.exe). Browsers like Opera, FireFox, etc do not perform such "smart" decompress operations and are therefore recommended.

All modules are built on Win32-bit and could be used on both Win32 and Win64 computers.
